I live here too. I’ve been a resident of Oasis since 2020 and have watched this area explode with growth—Tamiami Trail, River Road, I-75, construction, snowbirds, roundabouts, and tourists. It’s gotten dangerous out there.
For 15 years, I defended insurance companies and saw everything from the inside. Eventually, it stopped being a challenge. So, I switched sides—to help real people fight back using what I learned.
Within my first 6 months on the plaintiff side, I resolved a case for over a million dollars. But frankly, I wasn’t impressed by what I saw: some attorneys and doctors pushing treatment clients didn’t want or need—prioritizing profits over people.
